Rachel Long, M.D., puts her patients’ best interests first. She is a strong advocate for patient education and strives to understand her patients’ goals to help them achieve the best possible outcomes. She believes in doctor-patient communication and shared decision-making. Dr. Long has particular interest in adolescent gynecology, family centered birthing, sexuality and sexual health, peri/post-menopausal care, vaginal birth after Cesarean section (VBAC) and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She feels honored to care for women throughout all stages of their lives and endeavors to offer every woman she sees a personalized care plan. Outside of medicine, Dr. Long enjoys spending quality time with her two nieces and discovering new restaurants. She also enjoys going to the beach, hiking, reading and football.
