Internal Medicine
Aeree Yoon, M.D., FACP, is a board-certified general internist who has extensive experience in inpatient and outpatient Internal Medicine. Dr. Yoon treats adults of all ages with various medical conditions ranging from the minor to the complex. She has a particular interest in geriatrics, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and weight management.
She prides herself on being a good listener to her patients. She is a passionate primary care physician who strongly believes that primary care is the foundation of good health. If asked, she will tell you that she believes the body’s systems are interconnected, so it is vital to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. She always strives to be as thorough as possible during examinations, to answer questions clearly and completely in terms her patients can understand, and provide clear instructions.
Dr. Yoon earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, and completed her internship and residency at the University of Southern California Medical Center, specializing in internal medicine. She earned a CMS Meaningful Use Stage 1 Certification Allscripts Enterprise EHR and has researched and published on numerous topics. Dr. Yoon speaks Chinese, Spanish, and English fluently.
When not working, Dr. Yoon enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, and traveling.
