Family Medicine
Dianne Novin, FNP, was born and raised in Los Angeles. She has a diverse professional background with experiences in primary care, urgent care, nephrology, home health, and telemedicine. Of all her experiences, her true passion is working in the urgent care setting due to it’s challenging, fast-paced environment and being able to provide immediate care where patients may not be able to obtain it otherwise. She has also worked with underserved populations who have high hospitalization rates and who often have simultaneous and complex medical, mental health, and social needs. Overall, her experiences have taught her the many barriers patients may face in obtaining good quality care and achieving positive health outcomes. Because of this, she emphasizes educating and advocating for her patients and doing something as simple as displaying compassion as a medical provider with every patient encounter.
