About Heidi M. Schoepflin, PAC

Heidi Schoepflin has been practicing as a board-certified physician assistant since graduating from the University of Kentucky in 2003. She joined the Torrance Emergency Physicians team in 2014 and also provides care at our urgent care clinics.

Before transitioning into Emergency Medicine, Heidi spent much of her career working in Family Medicine and General Surgery. Her path to healthcare was shaped in part by experiences studying in Quebec and Costa Rica during high school. She went on to earn a degree in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami and worked in Latin American finance before ultimately pursuing a career in medicine.

Outside of work, Heidi enjoys traveling, researching genealogy, and creating mosaic crafts. Most of all, she values spending time with her family and her beagle.
