Family Medicine
Keri Wardwell, M.D. says “I went into medicine because I am passionate about health and amazed by the human body. I enjoy talking with people and learning about them and from them.” Dr. Wardwell is Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is California-educated, having earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, her medical degree from the University of California, Davis, and completed her internship and residency at Harbor UCLA Medical Center.
Dr. Wardwell chose Family Medicine because “I want to help and support people of all ages and provide a safe space for them to discuss their health concerns.” She believes in a team approach to medicine, based on a strong physician-patient relationship in which the patient is an important decision-maker. “My role is to educate and empower my patients,” she says.
In her free time, Dr. Wardwell enjoys spending time with family and friends, cycling, hiking, backpacking, travel and going to the beach.
