Maria Jan, M.D., was born and raised in Pakistan, where she attended medical school. There, she worked as administrative chief resident in her third year and was named resident of the year for 2013-2014. Dr. Jan’s philosophy is to take her patients step-by-step through their diagnoses before recommending treatment. In addition to her work in internal medicine, Dr. Jan is also interested in obesity, metabolic syndrome and Type 2 diabetes. Dr. Jan spends her free time with her family. She enjoys gardening and doing arts and crafts projects with her daughter.
