Sunil H. Adwani, M.D., is board-certified in Internal Medicine and specializes in Primary Care and Urgent Care at Providence Manhattan Beach. He has particular interests in cardiovascular medicine, dermatology, and chronic disease management. Dr. Adwani is the Outpatient Medical Director for Utilization Management and serves on the PMA Adult Medicine Department Committee.

Having grown up in the UK, Dr. Adwani attended the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, earning his medical and pharmacology degrees with honors and graduating top of his year. After completing his postgraduate training, Dr. Adwani worked in the UK as a primary care physician for five years before relocating to the United States. He completed his internship and Internal Medicine residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando, Florida, and from there, he moved to California to be closer to family.

During his postgraduate training in Britain, he was awarded the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP). He earned his Diploma in Practical Dermatology (DPD), which he passed with distinction and his Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (DFSRH). He is currently a member of the American College of Physicians.

When not working, Dr. Adwani enjoys traveling, music, reading, and following current affairs. He speaks both English and Hindi fluently.
