Providence Medical Associates was established in January 2015 through the merger of three esteemed medical groups: Axminister Medical Group, Affiliates in Medical Specialties, and Providence Medical Group. This unification was driven by a shared commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare and enhancing care coordination throughout the community.

Today, Providence Medical Associates comprises a team of more than 200 professionals, including over 100 physicians and advanced practice providers, such as nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
