Providence Medical Associates was established in January 2015 when three well-respected medical groups: Axminister Medical Group, Affiliates in Medical Specialties, and Providence Medical Group, merged to continue to provide high-quality medical care and improve coordination of healthcare throughout our community.

Today, Providence Medical Associates consists of more than 200 team members, including over 100 physicians and advanced practicing professionals (nurse practitioners and physician assistants)dedicated to providing high-quality medical care and services.

Providence Medical Associates (PMA) in affiliation with Providence Medical Institute and Providence Health & Services will be a leader in the transformation of population health.

Mission

As part of an integrated system, PMA will provide and promote the health and well-being of the individuals and communities we serve. We will deliver the highest quality medical care utilizing evidence-based medicine, innovation and technology.
