Jennifer Soh is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She became a nurse practitioner because she strongly believes in patient empowerment and disease prevention. She enjoys educating her patients and finding shared goals to promote good health.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Columbia University School of Nursing in NYC and her Master or Science in Nursing (MSN) from the UCSF School of Nursing. She is a California native and enjoys cooking and baking in her off-hours.
