Michelle Min, F.N.P. earned her degree in Family Medicine, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) at Hawthorne Primary Care. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Yale University.

“Like most people in healthcare, I wanted to do something with my life that was helpful and useful to other people personally. I value building meaningful relationships and connecting with others. Being in primary care allows me to do both,” she says. “I love walking through life with my patients as I see them through significant moments in their life, whether it be celebrations or losses. It means a lot to me that they trust me to take care of them and allow me to be a part of their lives.”

Ms. Min says, “I believe that practicing medicine is not just treating the body, but the whole person. Health is physical, emotional, and spiritual, and one thing can impact another. One’s emotional health can have a significant impact on their physical health, so part of my role is trying to make sure both are supported as we try to reach their health goals.” Her patients say they love her for her medical knowledge and how she is always up to speed at their appointments. They say she is easy to talk to, listens closely, is always on time, and never rushes them. It is no wonder she has so many 5-star reviews.

When not practicing medicine, she says, “I love spending time with my husband and children – traveling, exploring, and eating great food along the way!”
