About Murrad J. Abdelkarim, MD

Murrad Abdelkarim, M.D., was born and raised in the Midwest. He earned his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering and completed his medical education and training in Los Angeles. Dr. Abdelkarim’s passion for cardiovascular medicine comes from the personal impact it has had on his family and the health care consequences it has on society. He is excited to draw on this to serve the diverse South Bay community. Dr. Abdelkarim is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, interventional cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and cardiac computed tomography. Outside of work, Dr. Abdelkarim enjoys spending time with his family, running, and traveling.
