Good News! Providence Reaches New Agreement with L.A. Care Health Plan

We are pleased to share that our efforts to negotiate a new agreement with L.A. Care Health Plan have been successful. L.A. Care members can continue to receive care from PMA providers and our network of specialists.

L.A. Care has confirmed that they did not reassign members to other medical groups or providers.  However, if you find that you have been reassigned, please call the phone number on the back of your member ID card and request that L.A. Care transfer you back to Providence Axminster Medical Group and your Providence Medical Associates provider.

We appreciate your patience as our negotiating teams worked through this process, and we thank you for entrusting us with your care.
